Ralph was awarded a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from The University of Maryland, Baltimore in 1998 and an undergraduate degree in Behavioral Sciences from Johns Hopkins University. He completed years of postgraduate course work and examinations culminating in his being recognized by The McKenzie Institute as, Certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of the Spine. Throughout his 12 years in outpatient orthopedic practice, Ralph has also pursued additional training in many areas of interest including vestibular rehabilitation, and peripheral joint dysfunction. This includes years of experience in the creation of custom orthoses to restore proper biomechanics of the lower extremities during weight-bearing activities. Ralph is very active in his profession, and is a former Treasurer of the Maryland chapter of The American Physical Therapy Association.
